How Does the Shipping Work?

Your letters will be franked and post-produced by us and must be handed over to us separately according to zones and type of service

Self-delivery is possible at the Vienna location from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m

We are happy to collect your items free of charge from a turnover of € 150, -
-
Your parcels are automatically insured up to € 500,- per shipment within the EU, Switzerland and Norway. If you need higher insurance this is not a problem; 1.5% of the value of the goods are raised as the sum insured.

Undeliverable parcels can be returned from the EU area

Packaging material can be made available to you for an additional charge
Billing takes place weekly or by appointment.
