Global Mail becomes GMLogistics: New brand identity from 1 September 2026
MKB Global Mail & Freight GmbH will operate under the GMLogistics brand going forward, placing e-commerce fulfillment at the heart of its services.
Vienna, 26 August 2026. MKB Global Mail & Freight GmbH will begin operating under a new name on Tuesday, 1 September 2026: Global Mail will become GMLogistics. The company’s current website at www.globalmail.at will be replaced by the new domain gmlogistics.at on the same date. All company email addresses, which have been in use for the past eleven years, will also be updated as part of the rebranding.
The new name reflects a transformation that has already taken place across the company’s operations in recent years. What began as a service provider specialising in letter and mailing distribution has evolved into a comprehensive logistics partner supporting businesses across the entire fulfilment process, from warehousing and order picking to shipping. At its main location in Vienna-Simmering, the company operates a warehouse with around 5,400 pallet spaces and 1,640 shelving units for small-item storage, employs more than 30 people and serves approximately 450 active customers each year, ranging from growing online retailers to international brands.
With its new brand identity, GMLogistics is placing a clear focus on e-commerce fulfilment. Online retailers can access warehousing, order picking, packaging, shipping and returns management from a single provider, with integrations for common e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The company’s established core services, including letter and parcel shipping as well as lettershop services, will remain unchanged and continue under the new brand.
“Our new name makes visible what our team has been doing for years: approaching logistics as a complete process and executing it with precision. The ‘GM’ in GMLogistics will continue to stand for Global Mail, reflecting our roots as a family-owned business,” the company says of the rebranding. For existing customers, the familiar personal service will remain unchanged. Contacts, pricing arrangements and ongoing processes will stay the same; only the company name, website and email addresses will change from 1 September 2026.
